THE PLAN
We plan on starting at 6:00 AM Monday morning July 20, 2020. I’ve attached a little map below, but I’d like you to report to Moultrie County 1000N and 1600 east. It is just south of 121 between Allenville and Mattoon. This is on the NORTH side of 121 this time. We’ll have a truck and white trailer out there.
